Gmail access is read-only. While your workflow runs, Email Studio reads new inbox messages and supported attachments and sends them to OpenAI to carry out your instructions. Results stay in your activity history; a configured webhook can receive them too.

How do I get access?
Email Studio is available to approved companies and their users. Ask your company administrator to create your account, or contact us to request access for your company. Sign in if you already have an account. Connecting Google authorizes access to a mailbox after you sign in; it does not create an Email Studio account.
Does it process my whole inbox?
The current service starts with messages received after you connect. Running workflows check for new inbox messages. It does not import your entire mailbox history.
Can I use more than one email address?
Yes. Create separate workflows and connect the mailbox you want each one to watch. Google connections currently show an unverified-app notice while Gmail access verification is pending.
Who processes the email content?
Email Studio uses the OpenAI API to carry out your agent instructions. Email text, supported attachments, and preceding step results may be included. If you add a webhook, its destination receives email metadata and the workflow result. See our privacy policy.
Can I stop a workflow?
Yes. Pause it to stop new checks, disconnect the saved inbox connection, or delete the workflow and its saved activity. These actions do not delete mail from your provider. See all controls.
