YOUR DATA & ACCESS
You stay in control.

What Gmail permission allows
We request https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly. Google describes this as permission to view email messages and settings. Our service uses it to identify the connected mailbox and read new inbox messages and supported attachments for your workflows. It does not send mail, change labels, mark messages read, or delete mail.
Access to message content is necessary for summaries and extraction; access to metadata alone would not support those tasks. We do not request Gmail send, modify, or full mailbox control permissions.
Where the information goes
- A running workflow reads a new email from the connected inbox.
- AI steps send email content, supported attachments, and previous results to the OpenAI API for your requested task.
- Message metadata, step outputs, and the result are saved in your workflow activity.
- If you added a webhook, email metadata and the result are sent to that address.
Read the privacy policy for details about retention and sharing.
Pause new processing
Open Workflows → your workflow → Builder → Pause. This stops new checks. Saved credentials and activity remain, and work already in progress may finish.
Disconnect a mailbox
Open Email trigger → Manage connection → Change inbox → Disconnect current inbox. This removes that workflow’s saved credentials. For Google connections, the service also requests token revocation, which may affect other connections using the same Google authorization. Existing activity remains.
Delete a workflow and its history
Use the trash icon in the workflow list or Delete in the workflow header, then confirm. This removes the workflow, its saved inbox credentials, pending connection requests, and activity from the active application database, and cancels its active work. It keeps your provider’s emails and other workflows.
Deletion does not recall data already delivered to AI providers or webhook destinations, and does not automatically revoke a shared Google grant. See the privacy policy for logs and backup limitations.
Revoke Google access
Open Google Account → Third-party connections, select Email Studio, and remove its access. This affects the app’s authorization for that Google account. You can separately delete saved workflows and results in Email Studio.
